IT'S TIME TO START YOUR SWIM JOURNEY!
Basic Training
Basic Training is rooted in survival swim and focuses on the swim-float-swim technique. It is for ages 10 months (starting to walk) and older. The program is comprised of 10-15 minute daily lessons (monday-friday) and last 4 - 5 weeks. In the program your child will learn how to swim face-down in the correct swim posture, rollover to a float for rest and air, and roll back over to a propulsive swim. This program develops strong and independent swimmers and creates the perfect foundation for long term success.
The program is $415 for 4 or 5 weeks (20 lessons total) and includes all registration/pool fees.
Refreshers are $200 for 2 weeks (10 lessons) and includes all registration/pool fees.
Any lessons needed or wanted beyond these lessons are $15/lesson!
Maintenance/Stroke Lessons
Upon completion of the Basic Training program students that wish to continue their swimming educations can begin Maintenance or Stroke Lessons. Maintenance lessons are design to keep your child's skills up while they continue to build strength and confidence in the water. Once your child has the necessary strength and confidence to begin stroke lessons we will focus on developing their Freestyle and Backstroke first, followed by Breaststroke and Butterfly.
All maintenance lessons are 10-15 minutes and $15 per lesson.
Advanced stroke lessons (swim team prep) are $25 per lesson and 20 minutes per session (these lessons will only be provided for children ready for this step, NC Aquatics will determine the child's readiness).
